Special Security relating to GRADIENT Software

Upon receipt of any data and/or documents within any GRADIENT product and/or software (i.e. GScan Online etc.) the data is immediately anonymized and only the usage of the respective application is tracked for improvement purposes. Digitalized documents on GRADIENT's server or server space are deleted immediately after processing by the GRADIENT software (3 days at the latest). GRADIENT fully protects any unauthorized access and/or disclosure of the consent of any processed document or data.

Access / Accuracy

To the extent that you do provide us with Personal Information, GRADIENT wishes to maintain accurate Personal Information. Where we collect Personal Information from you on the web, our goal is to provide a means of contacting GRADIENT should you need to update and/or correct that Information.
